For Ground shipping:

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order unless the products ordered was a pre-order item. Pre-order items will be shipped around the released date specified on the website.

For Overnight, 2Day and 3Day Shipping:

Please allow 24 hours for processing your order unless the products ordered was a pre-order item. Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day Shipping will either be shipped on the same day or 24 hours later. Pre-order items will be shipped 24 hours after the released date specified on the website.

Please note: We do not deliver on Saturdays. For Saturday delivery, please contact us for additional charges.

Shipping Rates for United States:

We shipped all products with FedEx, USPS, or UPS. The shipping rate is based on Fedex rates. ALL of our shipments are insured so you don't have to worry about your package being lost or stolen.

The tracking number will be emailed to you after the order gets processed. You may also check the status of the order by clicking the order status button at the top of the page.

Shipping to Military:

KeepGaming.com ships to AE, APO, AP, and FPO addresses (The only items that cannot be shipped to military addresses are oversized items such as metal dance pads). Please select either California or New York as U.S. state (AE, APO, AP, or FPO) and choose "3 Day (3-4 Business Days) PO Box / APO Addresses" as shipping method.
