Shipping Questions :
 

1. I received my USPS tracking number but it shows as "Electronically notified by Shipper", what do I do? Back to Top

  • USPS is government postal service and does not scan the packages as often as UPS or Fedex. The next status should be when the package gets to the station nearest to your shipping address. Please allow 3-5 business days and check back. If it has been more than 7 business days since you receive the tracking number, please contact us

2. I selected UPS shipping, how come the order was shipped by Fedex? Back to Top

  • Fedex and UPS have similar rates for shipping. We ship with both UPS and Fedex in order to meet the time frame. If you prefer UPS or Fedex, please specify that under the "comment" section of the checkout page.

3. I didn't receive my tracking # yet, what do I do? Back to Top

  • Please allow 1-3 business days (not including weekends) for the order to be processed before you will receive a tracking number. If you put in a 3 Day or 2 Day order, it will be processed in 24 hours (not including weekend). If you put in a 3 Day or 2 Day order and do not have the tracking number in 24 hours of business day OR if you put in a regular ground order and do not have tracking after 3 business days, please contact us

4. I placed the order with Paypal but couldn't locate tracking number at order status page, what do I do? Back to Top

  • Please log into your Paypal account and you should be able to find your tracking number in the transaction that you had submitted. If you didn't get your tracking number after 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us

5. I received the Fedex tracking number but it doesn't show on Fedex.com, what do I do? Back to Top

  • Please allow 1-3 business days (not including weekend) after your ordered date to track the status on Fedex.com. If you still cannot track your Fedex tracking number after 3 business days, please contact us

6. I placed the order with money order, how do I track my order? Back to Top

  • Please allow 2-3 business days after we receive your money order. Please include the following information when you e-mail us @ order@keepgaming.com for order status.
    • Name:
    • Item # or Part #:
    • Date you sent the money order

7. I placed the order online, how do I track my order? Back to Top

  • Please check your e-mail for the tracking #, it will be e-mailed automatically. Please allow 1-3 business days before tracking the order.

8. Does KeepGaming ship internationally? Back to Top

  • KeepGaming.com currently ships to the following 3 countries:

    1. United States
    2. Puerto Rico
    3. Virgin Islands

    All shipping rate is based on UPS rates. All payments will be done via Google Checkout or Paypal for International orders.

9. Why is my package returned back to Sender? Back to Top

  • Please check if you have provided the right shipping address when you placed the order. A wrong address is usually the reason why the package came back to us. If the address was entered correct, please contact us so that we can further assist you.

10. If I lose my order #, where can I get it? Back to Top

  • You can locate your order # on the shipping label of the package. If it is shipped by Fedex, please click here to see the Fedex Label. The order # or invoice # will be where the label shows INVOICE #. If your order was shipped via USPS, click here to see the USPS label. The order # or invoice # will be between the brackets. Or you may contact us with your billing zip code and e-mail address so that we can check it for you.

11. If my package was lost during shipping, what should I do? Back to Top

  • Please contact us so that we can start a claim for you. If the tracking # shows delivered but you didn't get it, we will start a tracer first. With the tracer, the driver who delivered the package will usually come back within 2-3 business days to confirm the location of the package. If the tracking number stop at a certain location and hasn't moved for over 5 days, we will start a tracer and the Fedex will attempt to locate the package asap. If Fedex cannot locate the package, we will file a claim and send another order to you.
