1. I returned my merchandise, but didn't get any response yet, what do I do? Back to Top

  • Please allow 3-5 business days upon arrival for inspection. After inspection, our representatives will e-mail you with update. If you didn't get an update after 3-5 business day of receiving date. Please email us at return@keepgaming.com and provide the following:
    • RMA #
    • Item returned
    • Tracking number (optional)

2. I didn't receive a RMA # before sending my merchandise back, what do I do? Back to Top

  • Please contact us once the package get back to us. Without the RMA #, your merchandise was not authorized to return and will be delayed during our return process. Please email us at return@keepgaming.com and provide the tracking number that you used to ship the merchandise back so that we can check your return for you.

  • E-mailing is the best way. This way, we would have record of every inquiries and responses.

5. I returned an item, how soon will it take until it shows up on my account? Back to Top

  • Please obtain a RMA # for return packages. Packages without RMA # will be delayed. Once we received the package, it usually takes about 2-3 business days for us to inspect the package and issue the refund or exchange. For refund, it nomrally takes about 3-4 business days for it to show up on credit card and about 3-8 business days for bank accounts.   • If the video game or system is opened (out of the plastic wrap), we cannot accept return or exchanges. However, if the video game or system was defective, we can replace it with the same game.
  • If we sent the wrong video game or system to you, please do not open the game or system, so that we can exchange the game for you.
