- If your order was considered suspicious by our order department.
- If your order contains pre-order items.
- If it is a duplicate order.
- If your shipping address was invalid in shipping system.
- If the merchandise was backordered or discontinued.

about the issue, so that it can be resolved. If your order wasn't shipped
